The 2019 Equilibrium Jamie Arnold Track Day took place again on Thursday 12th September. The event was again raising funds for St Rocco's Hospice in Jamie's memory.
It was a great day again and stayed dry (although cloudy) for the fourth year in a row!

The Sunflower
Some may wonder what the significance of the sunflower is on this website and in other references to Jamie...
It's very simple, all the rooms in St Rocco's Hospice where Jamie spent his last three months are named after flowers, and Jamie's was 'Sunflower'. When Jamie arranged his funeral he insisted that no-one should buy flowers, but instead donate the money to a charity. The only flowers he wanted at his funeral were sunflowers from the family, placed on his coffin.
